All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. ALL orders take up to 2 – 4 business days for delivery. Please allow 2 business days for processing. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive confirmation and tracking information. ALL domestic orders will be shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service. Once items have been shipped it is no under Royal Tresses liabilities. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages.
